Yes. Catch-up years and amendments are quoted separately once we see what is involved.
Send it to us the day it arrives. For years we prepared, Ascent includes routine notices (balance due, math error, missing information) and Summit includes every notice plus exam coordination. At Base, we read the letter and quote a flat fee.
